Program

The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) Program provides lifecycle-based, third-party verified data to transparently communicate a product’s environmental impact—from raw materials and energy use to emissions and disposal. Rooted in international standards, EPDs help manufacturers and developers build trust, qualify for green procurement, and support sustainability goals in construction and industrial sectors. The EPD Program delivers verified, lifecycle-based data that empowers sustainable choices in construction and manufacturing.

Logo Use

Your Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) represents a verified snapshot of your product’s environmental impact, affirming your commitment to transparency and sustainable operations. ICIS encourages certified entities to feature the EPD logo with confidence on product packaging, datasheets, and promotional content, in line with the certification scope issued for that product. To ensure flexibility and consistency, logo marks are provided in PDF, JPG, and SVG formats, suitable for both print and digital applications.

Use of the EPD logo must follow ICIS’s guidelines to avoid misrepresentation or confusion regarding certification status. Logos must only be used for certified products, and any expired, withdrawn, or terminated EPD certifications must be reflected by the immediate removal of the logo from all materials. This helps maintain the integrity of environmental claims and upholds ICIS’s commitment to credible and accurate product declarations.
